wetranslate.live provides real-time speech-to-text transcription and translation services for live events. Our service includes:

• Real-time transcription of spoken audio
• Translation of transcribed text into multiple languages
• Optional text-to-speech output of translations
• Session management and usage tracking

Account Terms

To use our service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Provide a valid email address
• Create a secure password
• Keep your account credentials confidential

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, please contact us immediately.

Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier

New accounts receive a limited amount of free translation minutes to try the service. Free minutes do not renew and have no expiration date.

Paid Subscriptions

Paid plans provide a monthly allocation of text and/or audio minutes. Key terms:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance
• Minutes reset at the start of each billing period
• Unused minutes do not roll over to the next period
• You can upgrade your plan at any time (prorated)
• Downgrades take effect at the next billing period
• Additional hours can be added to your subscription at any time

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused minutes.

Price Changes

We may adjust pricing from time to time. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will take effect at your next billing period. Continuing to use the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our service responsibly and lawfully. You may not:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Translate content that is hateful, harassing, or promotes violence
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate our technology
• Resell or redistribute the service without our permission
• Use automated systems to abuse the service or exceed usage limits
• Interfere with the service's operation or other users' access
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Content and Ownership

Your Content

You retain ownership of any audio, text, or other content you process through our service. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the translation service to you.

Our Service

The wetranslate.live service, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on our service.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any interruptions or delays in service.

Translation Accuracy

Our service uses advanced AI technology to provide real-time translation. While we strive for accuracy, automated translation is not perfect. Translations may contain errors, especially with specialized terminology, accents, or background noise. The service is intended as an accessibility aid and should not be relied upon for legally binding, medical, or safety-critical communications without human verification.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, wetranslate.live and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless wetranslate.live and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Termination

You may stop using our service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to other users or our service. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law
